- Referral bonuses are paid through the agent’s broker via check. Bonuses are paid once the property goes live and revenue amounts are met. The Realtor Referral Program is only applicable where local and state laws allow.
- All properties are subject to an approval process, one bedrooms must be updated and sleep a min of 4.
- If a property is currently live on Grand Welcome or is acquired though marketing efforts and it hasn’t been referred to us though the Grand Referral Club, referrals can’t be paid. Please follow the Referral Process.
