Tom & Deb McDevitt

Tom and Deb are deeply rooted in the New Hampshire Seacoast & White Mountains communities, where they’ve built a life centered on family, service, and local engagement. Married at the top of Mount Attitash, their 30-year journey together has been filled with adventure, raising two daughters, and giving back–whether coaching youth soccer, volunteering at swim meets, or supporting local schools & organizations.
 
 
Professionally, Tom brings decades of leadership experience, having managed large retail operations and car dealerships before building a successful real estate career focused on helping seniors and leading high-performing teams. His expertise in property management and commitment to client care naturally led him to co-found this business with Deb and Chong Chow.

Deb’s background as a registered nurse and healthcare manager, especially in geriatric care, has shaped her attentive, compassionate approach to both clients and guests. Her leadership in healthcare and her passion for hospitality have been key to the company’s growth and reputation.

Together, Tom and Deb combine local knowledge, hands-on experience, and a genuine commitment to service–qualities that set Grand Welcome SeaCoast & White Mountains apart. Their goal is to provide homeowners with peace of mind, maximize rental income, and ensure every guest feels truly at home.

Chong Chow

Chong brings a unique blend of technical expertise, real estate experience, and deep community commitment to Grand Welcome SeaCoast & White Mountains. Raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Chong holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Boston University and has lived in New England for over 50 years.

Chong’s passion for property management began early, helping his family manage tenant occupied apartment buildings for more than three decades. This hands-on experience gave him a strong foundation in both residential real estate and the importance of responsible, community-focused property management.

An active volunteer in the Asian community, Chong works with organizations dedicated to affordable housing and neighborhood development in the Boston area. His commitment to fair and sustainable housing solutions reflects his belief in the positive impact short-term rentals can have for both homeowners and local communities.

Chong recently earned his New Hampshire real estate license, further expanding his expertise in the region’s dynamic short-term rental market. As a tech enthusiast, he brings innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance the guest and homeowner experience.

Outside of work, Chong enjoys spending time with his partner and two daughters, exploring New England’s rich cultural, academic, and tech scenes, and pursuing his interests in music and film. His dedication, integrity, and forward thinking approach make him a valued partner for homeowners seeking trusted, results-driven property management.
