Tom & Debra McDevitt
Owners & Operators
Tom and Deb have a deep connection to the region, having been married atop Mt. Attitash and biking down the mountain into what would become a 30-year journey raising two wonderful daughters. Throughout the girls upbringing they were very active parents coaching their soccer teams through elementary and middle school and volunteering at all swim meets. Deb was always a classroom mom, GS Leader and active volunteer at school. The family has a long history volunteering within the community. Professionally Tom managed large retail stores and car dealerships as a General Manager. For the past 8 years, Tom has managed a team of realtors as a real estate coach.
Chong Chow
Owner & Operator
Chong Chow grew up in Boston, Massachusetts. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
Chong has decades of experience with property management as his dad and brothers all co-owned & managed several tenant-occupied apartment buildings for over 30 years.
He is a very active volunteer within the Asian Community and currently volunteers directly with Fenway Community Development corporation creating affordable housing within the Boston area.
